Raise Your Vibe with a High Vibrational Diet

It's paramount to keep a healthy high vibration, especially during these times of great ascension. Maintaining a high vibration is essential for staying healthy, happy and vibrant.
What you put into your body deeply impacts your vibration, and luckily for us, mother nature really does provide us with an abundance of fresh food to help us stay our healthy, high vibe selves.
High vibrational foods are those that nourish the body, assist detoxification, increase the light quotient (the amount of light you can carry) and really raise your vibrational frequency.
As a rule, the most highest vibrational foods are raw, organic, local, vegan and rich in nutrients, these include:
Organic fruits and vegetables
Raw herbs like basil, cilantro, mint, tarragon, chives & dill
Alfalfa, mung bean, sunflower seed, broccoli, brussels sprouts, etc.
Dark leafy greens
Berries, such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries & more
Fresh pressed green juice
Medicinal mushrooms like reishi and chaga
Natural spring water
Soaked and sprouted raw nuts, seeds, legumes and ancient grains like millet or buckwheat
Cold pressed organic oils like coconut, flax, avocado, sesame & olive
Apple cider vinegar (we recommend this organic one)
& one last food that we had to give a special mention to is, yep, you guessed it, the JOY of lemons.

Lemons
Lemons are so powerful, they're a gift from the gods.
Every morning our green tea is accompanied by a squeeze of fresh lemon. This actually turns into alkaline in your stomach and is full of vitamin C which helps to control the PH balance of your body and is a master detoxifier. It has a profound effect on your skin, hair and overall well being, leaving you feeling absolutely amazing by noon.
Add Lemon to your diet to really boost your vibration, but please seek medical advice first if you suffer from any digestive disorders.
FEED YOUR CHAKRAS
Chakra diet
Did you know that certain foods help to unblock and activate your chakras? And keeping your chakras healthy & happy will only elevate your vibration higher.
Here's a list of good foods to pair with each chakra:
The Root Chakra
Feed me: Root vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, parsnips, radishes, beetroots, onions, garlic, and protein rich food like eggs, meats, beans, tofu, soy products & peanut butter. The spices that suit it are chives, paprika and pepper.
The Sacral Chakra
Feed me: Melons, mangos, strawberries, passion fruit, oranges & coconut. Even honey and nuts are recommended for it. As for spices, cinnamon, vanilla, sesame seeds can help to nourish the sacral chakra.
The Solar Plexus Chakra
Feed me: Grains such as cereal, rices, flax seed, sunflower seeds, chamomile, turmeric, cumin and fennel help to clear up and brighten the solar plexus chakra.
The Heart Chakra
Feed me: Leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale, dandelion greens, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage & celery. Green tea is also said to help keep the heart chakra healthy.
The Throat Chakra
Feed me: herbal teas or fruit juices, they both work amazingly at keeping your throat chakra in the best working order.
The Third Eye Chakra
Feed me: Dark blue fruits are best such as, blueberries and blackberries. It's also said that poppy seeds are amazing at keeping this chakra alive and bright.
The Crown Chakra
Feed me: High chromium foods, such as broccoli, potatoes and garlic. Ultimately, fasting is really great at opening up the crown chakra. Do what you feel guided to do and make sure to research anything you do, and always seek medical advice if you're trying to combat an illness with these dietary tips!
LOVE WHAT YOU EAT
Just to be clear, this article is not meant to make you feel guilty about what you currently eat. The key is to help you shift your awareness so you can make the healthiest choices that will support your body, and your spiritual and ascension journey.
If you want to keep eating ice cream (because we all love ice cream)… Do so with no guilt or judgement. Bless your ice cream and eat it in a state of gratitude which will counteract though not completely balance out the low vibration.
Then, consider a higher vibrational alternative like coconut milk ice cream, or make some vegan “ice cream” which can be as simple as blending up frozen bananas the next time you have that ice cream craving!
So, love what you eat, consciously flow love into your food while preparing it, and bless your food to raise its vibration… Then, just be mindful of how you feel when you eat certain things and start taking steps to clean up your diet and transition to more veggies, whole foods and healthy high vibe options!
